My name is Sebastien. I've been doing Martial Arts most of my life but training in BJJ precisely just over 10 years. Coaching BJJ & Self-Defense is such a rewarding experience. My core objective in to inspire people to use BJJ as a coping mechanism in such a toxic world these days. During my BJJ journey I've have the opportunity to open up a club in my birth country of Mauritius, which is still running to this day. I have a huge preference for Gi training & coaching. In the past I have competed in the BJJ circuit with positive results. This year I earned my purple belt, being a lifetime goal of mine & I also started coaching my 5 year old daughter, creating a fun & strong bond for Kids BJJ 4+ "It's not about the destination, but the journey". So keep rolling!
