Our exercise science background and broad experience in the ‘real world’ help us deliver the most useful health and fitness information we can. We are exercise professionals that deliver best practise training programs. We're not cheerleaders that count reps. We have worked closely with hundreds of individual and team sport athletes, from juniors to the professional level, across a range of sports including but not limited to MMA, AFL, golf, rowing, basketball, netball, soccer and tennis. We live for what we do. Nothing makes us more fulfilled than seeing our members become better versions of themselves. From our senior athletes dominating their sport; to our middle-aged women wearing clothes they haven’t fit into since their 20’s; to our older men putting more vegetables in their mouth; to our injured members that are now able to live pain-free.
