Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a combat sport system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is one of the most effective forms of self defence in the world. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was the most dominant forms of fighting in the early stages of UFC and still is a integral part of any MMA fighters development. At Pro Fitness students are graded from white belt through to black belt. Students will be advised when classes transition between Gi and No Gi.
